We want to populate a "Welcome Page" that welcomes people to our open-source community and gives them an overview of:

How they can become contributors
Where to go for help
What resources exist for developers, including mentorship

Right now, the page hosted at http://tesselwww.netlify.com/welcome/ is a stub page, but we'd love for it to be fleshed out with more content.
