Miss match in test while creating and lunching the test

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...' Test plan
2. Click on '....' create test add test from folder -> then in /plans page for same test it shows some x tests in a plan -> but when we launch the test the number of tests will be changed .

Expected behavior
number of test should be same while creating test and in launch the test

Hi @Amogha-g-kulkarni! Please note that when we run tests (Manual run screen) we treat tests with examples as different tests. Could you please re-check?
