Extendable text processor

It should be easy for a Squiffy extension included via an import to extend the text processor. Text processor commands should be added to a dictionary object.

Also, it might be good to have something like a macro passage, to make it easier to insert more complicated HTML - e.g. a YouTube embed link. These could use the same text processor syntax.
