Ingredients

1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1 1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
1 Lb Ground Beef
2 Tomatoes (Peeled & Chopped)
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
3 Tbsp Butter
2 Tbsp Flower
1 Cup Hot Milk
1 lb Elbow Macaroni
1 Egg
Preheat Oven
------------
* Start to Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Elbow Macaroni
------------
* In a large pot cook Elbow Macaroni according to instruction
* Use aldaniti instruction that is maybe a bit under cooked
* Strained Elbow Macaroni
Beef Mixture
------------
While Macaroni is cooking.
* Fry
Oil, Ground Beef, Onions (5 Min)
* Mix
Tomatoes, Salt, Pepper in the frying pan
* Cook mixture on lower heat for 15 Minutes
* Add 1/2 Cup Cheese
to the Ground Beef, Onion and Tomatoes Mixture.
Milk & Cheese Mixture
---------------------
In a separate Sause Pan
* Melt Butter
* Add Flower
* Blend till Smooth (stirring constantly.)
* Add Milk
* Bring to a Boil (stirring constantly.)
* Mix in 1/2 Cheese
* Cook 5 minutes (stirring constantly)
White Sause
----------------
In a separate Bowl
* Beat 1 Egg
* Add Hot sauce gradually to egg beating constantly (to prevent curdling the mixture)

Assembly
-------------
In baking dish (8”x12”)
* Add 1/2 Cooked Macaroni
* Add Meet Mixture
* Cover with remaining Macaroni
* Add White Sause
Cook
------
Bake 35 min in a 375 degree preheated oven
