We have "Grand Est" https://linkedopendata.eu/wiki/Item:Q3516 since 2019

But on 17 November 2021,‎ WikidataUpdater created https://linkedopendata.eu/w/index.php?title=Item:Q3710272&action=history with the same Wikidata QID (Q18677983), creating a duplicate

They have not been merged since despite sharing the same Wikidata QID...
