Some settings were reset after partial upgrade

I performed a partial upgrade from Feb 11 build to Feb 17 on a Wyzecam V3.
The upgrade completed successfully with the new sysupgrade changes but some settings were lost (maybe this isn't implemented yet?)

• Admin Profile info
• Day/Night Mode Control: the Day mode Gain setting was saved, but the Enable Day/Night script setting was lost (i had it disabled before, it's now enabled)
• ONVIF: password was reset
• Streamer: OSD items (Main and sub) were reset
• Send to Webhook: all settings were reset
• Video Recording: all settings were reset.
• Time zone: After the system came back up with the new version i'm getting this notification on all pages:

But the Zone name setting in the Time menu is set to what it was before the upgrade.

As a side note - Networking and login information was saved, which is by far the most important.

settings are only preserved on builds newer than 02-17.

@gtxaspec got it, i'll upgrade in the next couple of days if a new build comes out to test and come back to close this. (or close it now and i'll open a new one if needed)

@gtxaspec I performed an upgrade from Feb 17 to Feb 19
Some of the config passed over (ONVIF, Day Night Mode settings, Streamer settings) and some didn't. the items i found that were reset:

• Admin profile
• Send to Webhook settings
• Some Motion Guard settings - Or specifically, the Send to webhook checkbox, which might be because those settings were wiped.
• Video Recorder settings

As a side note that might or might not be related - the Admin Profile - Full name field seems broken, data isn't saved on Save changes:
