Webpack as a building tool

Many devs prefer Webpack instead of Gulp so it would be a great addition to create a Webpack file + documentation on how to get started with it.

As a Symfony dev, I'm used to work with Webpack Encore, so I'm wondering if you're interested in a PR that allows to work with it?

Actually, that would be awesome! We've been planning on creating a Webpack building environment but didn't really get to it. We're currently preparing an update to fix existing issues.

If you could create a PR it would be great! I'm thinking of creating a contributors section in the readme soon as well.
