See the sheets 666_F and 777_F from the workbook LatvianOpen2013_full_official_debugged (1).xlsx.

It seems the Worst column (which is not there in the official WCA template), messes up the recognition of the format.

It would be better to report to the user that the format could not be recognized instead of silently assuming the wrong format.
