Support feeding response of sink into a 2nd kafka topic #10

Hi All,

Is there a way to allow the results coming back from the POST call to be recorded into Kafka??

I dont see any configs for a destination topic like the confluent paid connector has.

Should be straightforward to fork the repo and add a Producer in here
