Copyright Transfer Agreement (CTA) for Contributions

English Version

By making a contribution (the "Contribution") to the 3d-tic-tac-toe project (the "Project") hosted at [https://github.com/thor-juhasz/3d-tic-tac-toe], the contributor (the "Contributor") agrees to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Transfer of Copyright: The Contributor hereby acknowledges and agrees that, by making a Contribution to the Project, they are transferring, assigning, and conveying all rights, title, and interest, including all copyrights, in and to the Contribution to Thordur Juhasz, the owner and maintainer of the 3d-tic-tac-toe Project (the "Owner"). This transfer includes, but is not limited to, the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, and create derivative works based on the Contribution.

  2. Warranty and Representation: The Contributor represents and warrants that they are the sole owner of the copyright in the Contribution, and the Contribution is free from any claims, liens, or encumbrances. The Contributor further warrants that they have the authority to transfer the copyright.

  3. No Further Rights: Upon the transfer of copyright, the Contributor acknowledges and agrees that they shall have no further rights or interests in the Contribution, and the Owner shall have full and exclusive rights to use, modify, distribute, and otherwise exploit the Contribution.

  4. Credit and Attribution: The Owner agrees to provide appropriate credit or attribution to the Contributor as the original creator of the Contribution, as specified by the Contributor, if applicable.

  5. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

  6. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Contributor and the Owner concerning the Contribution and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.

By making a Contribution to the Project, the Contributor acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms of this Copyright Transfer Agreement.

Mediante la realización de una contribución (la "Contribución") al proyecto 3d-tic-tac-toe (el "Proyecto") alojado en [https://github.com/thor-juhasz/3d-tic-tac-toe], el colaborador (el "Colaborador") acepta los siguientes términos y condiciones:

  1. Transferencia de Derechos de Autor: El Colaborador reconoce y acepta por la presente que, al realizar una Contribución al Proyecto, está transfiriendo, cediendo y transmitiendo todos los derechos, título e interés, incluyendo todos los derechos de autor, en y a la Contribución a Thordur Juhasz, el propietario y responsable del Proyecto 3d-tic-tac-toe (el "Titular"). Esta transferencia incluye, pero no se limita a, el derecho de reproducir, distribuir, mostrar públicamente y crear obras derivadas basadas en la Contribución.

  2. Garantía y Representación: El Colaborador declara y garantiza que es el único propietario de los derechos de autor de la Contribución, y que la Contribución no tiene reclamaciones, gravámenes o cargas. El Colaborador garantiza además que tiene la autoridad para transferir los derechos de autor.

  3. Sin Derechos Adicionales: Tras la transferencia de los derechos de autor, el Colaborador reconoce y acepta que no tendrá más derechos ni intereses en la Contribución, y el Titular tendrá plenos derechos exclusivos para utilizar, modificar, distribuir y explotar la Contribución.

  4. Crédito y Atribución: El Titular se compromete a proporcionar el crédito o atribución adecuada al Colaborador como el creador original de la Contribución, según lo especificado por el Colaborador, si corresponde.

  5. Ley Aplicable: Este Acuerdo se regirá y se interpretará de acuerdo con las leyes de España, sin tener en cuenta sus principios de conflicto de leyes.

  6. Acuerdo Completo: Este Acuerdo constituye el acuerdo completo entre el Colaborador y el Titular con respecto a la Contribución y reemplaza todos los acuerdos y entendimientos previos y contemporáneos, ya sean orales o escritos.

Al realizar una Contribución al Proyecto, el Colaborador reconoce y acepta estar sujeto a los términos de este Acuerdo de Transferencia de Derechos de Autor.
