Should we install faraday-multipart gem?

When running bundle exec rspec we get the notification:

To use multipart middleware with Faraday v2.0+, install `faraday-multipart` gem; note: this is used by the ManageGHES client for uploading licenses

Should we install faraday-multipart gem?

It seems that this could be an issue with the octokit gem. A fix is in the works that should resolve this.
