Remove Hash Check When Downloading Go Build

This issue suggests removing the MD5 hash check when downloading the Go build. The MD5 check is proposed to be removed because having it only burdens us with listing the correct MD5 hash of the Go build across different build types and versions, especially if we're going to implement #20. therefore, it is better to just remove the hash check when downloading the Go build.
