configuration file?

I'm running charles headless on linux and could use some help changing some settings.

You've documented UI instructions for configuring this:
"Add location matcher "Host: *", "Port: *""

Any suggestion on how I could configure this on my headless machine?
Perhaps directly edit a configuration file? Where is it and what should I add?
Perhaps I could submit an http request to change the config?

The above link details several (seemingly undocumented) requests, but I can't find the right setting to set the host/port to "*".
