Multiple Submit Functions are called in Angularjs2

I have an application with angularjs2, using this editor.

After the Editor created and open another Component (once destroy the component including the editor), form has 2 submit functions when I reopen the Editor Component. Additionally, first event does not have reference for iframe, that cause return Error..
