Ticket details not displaying for a project

Using JIRA On Demand

I am on two projects, one of which I created and one I did not.

In the app I can see all tickets from both projects, however I can only view ticket details for the project I created -- in the tickets for the other project I just get a blank screen(with the ticket header on top of the detail view).

I am in all groups/have total access to the problematic project and have checked all my permissions. Is there something else I could be missing?

What can I do to help you figure this out?
