If the user specifies a URL, the value will be included as a "logo image" of the exported document, in the top-right corner of the first page. No URL specified should not have any impact on the default styling of the document.

There are a couple small styling bugs on this I didn't notice...will fix.

Fixed in: d17536b. Released in v0.4.1.
