Is your feature request related to a problem?

At the moment, TON Connect supports only two languages: English and Russian. I would like to offer support for the Belarusian language.

Describe the solution you'd like

I have already prepared the necessary changes and can offer a pull request that adds a translation of the interface into Belarusian.
