Basic Parameter Tuning Default Values Discovery Difficulty

In Section 5.3 Basic Parameter Tuning, it would be nice to see a summary table of all default parameter grids for each classifier. I also don't think this useful information is discoverable by a convenience function at the R command line. Could add to Available Models.
