Building Pan-Genomes based on Sequence Homology (BPG-SH) constructs and analyzes pan-genomes from multiple organisms. By leveraging sequence homology, BPG-SH integrates genomes to form a comprehensive pan-genome, enhancing our understanding of genetic diversity and evolution.
