Title slide headings with slide-level: 3

How to show the title of the heading level 3 with the slide-level: 3 option ?
I've tried something like this :

#import themes.university: *

#show: university-theme.with(config-common(slide-level: 3))

= Section

== Title

=== Slide 1
Hello, Touying! 1

=== Slide 2
Hello, Touying! 2

With this result.

How can I put the title of the slide (==== Slide title) on the new slide ?
