[solved] tox4: replace .tox4 with .tox/4

Most projects do ignore .tox folder from within their git config and their linter configs. Introduction of a new temp directory does break lots of them as they start reporting errors from within that new folder.

I do no thing that early-adopters should alter every repository in order to be able to test tox4 so one workaround would be to re-use the existing .tox folder and just create a sub-folder within it. I really doubt anyone has a venv called 4.

This came when I discovered that flake8 was failing on all code repos when run from tox4, but not from tox, for the reason listed above.
