#4121 で最終的に、モーダル内に入力欄があってescで値を消すならモーダルはescで閉じないという挙動になっていると思うんですが、次のようなフローの方が個人的には自然に感じます

入力欄にフォーカスが当たっていない → モーダルを閉じる
入力欄にフォーカスが当たっていて値がある → 入力欄に値がフォーカスが当たっていて値がない (クリアされる) → 入力欄からフォーカスが外れる → モーダルを閉じる

※「→」はescを1回押すことを表します
