did:ion appears on the front readme but does not have a dashboard implementation for running a node with Sidetree.js.

We should make sure we point to https://github.com/decentralized-identity/ion until we can fully support it in this code base.

The main readme points to https://github.com/decentralized-identity/ion for the spec, and this issue for the column for support.
