did:trustbloc (now did:orb) appears on the front readme but does not have a dashboard implementation for running a node with Sidetree.js.

We should link to https://trustbloc.github.io/did-method-orb/ and https://github.com/trustbloc/orb until we can add support for them to this codebase.
