別アプリから次のような API を使えるように:

現在のトポロジを一括取得
トポロジ (スイッチ、ポート、リンク) の (追加・削除・状態変化) の通知を受けるハンドラ

イメージとしては、ユーザのコントローラクラスで

include Topology

のように指定する事で、

get_all_{switch,port,link}
switch_added, switch_removed, switch_updated
port_added, port_removed, port_updated
link_added, link_removed, link_updated

のようなメソッド/ハンドラが利用可能となるかんじ。
