description: I tried to use NBT Studio to make a new NBT file storing some of the data from a region file I was trying to repair, but when I tried to save it using a nonexistent file name (which, sure, wouldn't make sense if I was using the "open" command, but this is "save as"), it raised System.IO.FileNotFoundException. I had to choose the name of an existing file just to save?
Expected behavior: If the file doesn't exist, create it; you shouldn't need any data out of it since it's the "save as" not "open" command.
Operating system: Windows (I believe it was my Windows 11 laptop, but I can't get an exact build number because the system bricked completely oh, apparently Microsoft account says it was 10.0.22621.2428)
Sorry if this seems kind of long-winded for the relative simplicity of the problem; I like to cover my bases.
