The Discord bot allows administrators to manage servers using commands in Discord.
To get a list of available commands type !commands in private message to the Discord bot or in a command enabled channel (enabledChannels setting). For usage examples type !command .
Access control for Discord commands is configured under accessControl in the discord section of the config. There is a predefined set of commands to grant access to. Each command definition contains a list of roles that have access to that particular command.
The user who issued a command must both belong to a role that has access to the command and is allowed to issue commands in the type of channel used (public/private).
