Please Explain in Detail...

I was told about twind via a link to twind.dev. There's noting on that site that says it's not the current site and/or not maintained. No link to twind.style, no redirects, and no link/rel=canonical tags to help search engines.

The first and third result for "twind lit" on Google point to twind.dev:
