Update Twitter Icon to X Logo Across Bootstrap Website

Description:
The current Twitter icon used on the website should be updated to reflect the new X branding. The icon appears outdated and should be replaced with the X logo to stay consistent with Twitter's rebranding.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Visit https://getbootstrap.com/
2. Locate the Twitter icon in the header media section.
3. Observe that the Twitter icon is still being used instead of the X icon.

Expected Behavior:
The Twitter icon should be updated to the X icon to match the latest branding.

Actual Behavior:
The Twitter icon is currently being displayed instead of the X icon.
