We can update the README to give some hints about how to use the tags and what is the ticket/issue workflow for this repo.

While working on this maybe we can also decide the list of official tags/labels.

We can also define some keywords which can be included as part of the comment to change the state of a ticket/pr

My keywords are:

needs-review - ready for review
needs-changes - awaiting review response
changes-approved - good to merge
