Currently we are manually deploying serverless using the following commands:

  • to Dev: sls deploy
  • to Staging: sls deploy staging
  • to Prod: sls deploy prod

What we want instead:

  • manually deploy to dev
  • auto-deploy to staging on PR publication
  • auto-deploy to prod on push to master (before release)

In addition, tests should be auto-run in the respective stage before deployment (staging and prod)
