Ways to improve the workshop/reader:

Make GraphViz flowchart for "How to choose an apply function"
Make GraphViz flowchart for "How to choose an iteration strategy"
Timing is off for sessions 3-4
- Probably too much time on function scoping
- Need more motivation for functions
Emphasize data set more, or find a better data set
Should cleaning data be a different workshop?
