Preset Groups

As a user,
I want to save groups of people I frequently split bills with,
so that I don’t have to add individuals manually each time and can streamline the process.

Acceptance Criteria

• Be able to create groups of friends on friends page
• when adding a bill be able to choose a group rather than just individual friends
• be able to split the bill between members of the group
