General filter component

When looking it the backoffice, I think there could be a basic/generic filter component. I haven't checked it something already exists, but I think the user filters and logviewer filter could shared a component.

I think the select/deselect all could be improved. Perhaps just a "Select all" and "Clear" option?
Here are some examples.

With a longer list a simple filter option could be useful. It would allow third party packages like Umbraco Commerce, Umbraco Forms, uSync etc. to re-use these and possible extend these further, but for basic filtering wrapping this in a component would be really useful.
It is also something we often implements in a custom dashboard to filter on items.

The new collections views (aka listview) could possible benefits from this at well and make it easier to filter on custom properties.

I don't think it makes sense to have an "All" filter option combined with the other filter options - at least this would filter all on all options anyway (the same result as not applying any filter).
