V15 No warning when scheduling child content if the parent is unpublished

Bug summary

There is no warning message shown when scheduling child content if the parent is unpublished.
Users can currently schedule child content even when the parent is not published. While it won’t publish successfully at the scheduled time, it would be helpful to display a warning message during the scheduling process.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create an unpublish content
2. Create an unpublish child content
3. Schedule publishing the child content

Expected result / actual result

Actual result: No warning message displayed
Expected result: The message "Parent not published" should be displayed
