We could implement a standard pipeline to "quickly" process raw datasets. Making use of MNE this could entail:

  • Loading of all subjects
  • apply rereferencing
  • apply filter
  • apply and reject ICA (MNE now has ICLabel)
  • artefact detection
  • apply unfold
