Hello, this is not an issue but a question.
I'm impressed by your project and would like to clarify few thing for myself.
What are motivation & goals for pydiploy?
Could it be seen as pythonic replacement for Ansible? Main problem with Ansible, as could be pointed by multiple people is ugly YAML pseudo programming language. It will better to use python language for playbooks. Will Pydiploy try to implement safe workflow like Ansible does (not to execute a task, when it is already done on host, etc) ?
Suggestion : pydiploy could use open ansible python modules for apt, yum and others, that already implement some sensible features.
