Develop the bill tracker section to compare the Bills that are related to a given bill from the current Congress.

We will get the data from: https://www.congress.gov/search?q={%22congress%22:[%22117%22],%22source%22:%22all%22,%22search%22:%22hr%20736%22}&searchResultViewType=expanded
