Add more Uno Compatible item templates

Current behavior

The "add item" experience in visual studio only contains the Page template, and UWP-specific out-of-the-box templates are missing qualifiers to work properly with Uno.

Expected behavior

The ability to create Page, UserControl, CustomControls, etc...

Workaround

Add the items manually and edit the code to add the partial class modifier.
