[BUG] PHP Clean Session Cron not available in last version 2.3.8

Issue Description
After updating to the latest version to fix the pre-auth bug, on all my servers i can't find the php clean sessions cron and that results in using all the available inodes in few hours or days i have to manually clean the sessions to restore the server to work each time. this used to be in

/usr/local/CyberCP/bin/cleansessions

but it doesn’t exist now.

Almalinux 8

CyberPanel version:
2.3.8

I also faced same issue after upgrade in Ubuntu 22.
