The Rules Described here are disposed of and superseded by the proposed constitution at https://github.com/UWindsor-VG-Design-Club/Constitution. The positions of President, Vice President, and Treasurer are continued following the disposal described herein, until such time as ballots may be returned for those positions.
Changes to these rules shall require a two-thirds majority of the current founders, including at least one proper Executive
Whenever a vote requires a proper executive, the requirement is waived if there are no defined proper executives.
Proper Executive shall be defined as an elected or otherwise appointed member of the club in the positions of President, Vice President, or Treasurer.
- Founders shall have the agreement of one other Founder to kick any person, except a Founder or Proper Executive, from this discord, and the agreement of three other founders to ban any person from this discord
- Changes to the rules outlined in #rules shall require a simple majority of the current founders
- A two-thirds majority of the founders, including at least one proper executive, may override any normal vote
- All Proper Executives shall be considered a Founder for voting purposes. A Proper Executive who also holds the position of Founder shall only have one (1) total vote.
- A two-thirds majority of the founders, including at least one proper executive may remove any other proper executive from their defined position.
- A two-thirds majority of the founders may appoint any member as a proper executive to any position where the position is otherwise vacant, or may specify a method under which that position is filled.
- The quorum for any meeting of the founders is one half of the founders. The quorum to vote on any motion requiring two-thirds majority shall be three-quaters of the founders.
