Add more information to Facet Filter search in Collections.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I'm experiencing frustrations with the dropdown/search area for selecting facet values in the Filters section of Collections while using the admin site. To find a facet adequately, I must know the first letter of the value.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would much rather see the whole list in the dropdown when initially clicked. I would also like the ability to search by the Facet name and by value.
