Line chart questions

I have recently tried to use the Chart lib in your project, however I have some questions.
I which in some cases that the documentation would be more in going. For example in LineChartOptions Members there is a property called Plugins which is of type LineChartPlugins. I wish that the type LineChartPlugins were to find in the documentation (maybe I miss how I am suppose to find it??)
But to my question...

• How do I turn of Animations of the LineChart? (I have seen that this has been up before but there seams to not be an answer)
• Is there a way to have different values on the two Y axises? I would like to have two different types of values (one on the left and one of the right with the same values on the X axis (I think this is quite common in line charts?
