The current structure is not good. My current vision how to change it:

Root module
|   |
|   - - - How to send GitHub updates to Telegram, subscribers and their configs
|
| - - GitHub module
|       | 
|       - - - How to get repos and their updates
|
| - - Telegram module
|       |
|       - - - How to get bot updates, how to send messages.
|             Also an update infrastructure: application, request, response, action interface, etc.
