VF Blocks: Tags - Review the relationship between vf-tags and vf-badge

The vf-tags and vf-badge have areas of overlap of functionality and use case. Also there is no specific standard for which colours should be used when badges are added to show categories, the current badge only permits showing status, this leads to inconsistent badge designs for different products.

• Tags on an article
• Vf-badge on the data resources page (Pattern not defined in the vf-badge)
• Vf-badge on the intranet search results

A review is needed to:

• Understand how both components are used across our services
• Review how the components are used in other design system
• Identify the issues, possible enhancements and areas of overlap
• Redesign solutions where needed, document use cases and provide guidance for when to use
