Integrate the capability to internationalize the webmanifest

Hello,

I am looking for a way to be able to produce an internationalized manifest using the vite-plugin-pwa plugin.

Recently, an issue on the definition of the Webmanifest by the W3C has been finalized concerning internationalization, namely:

• Add members for localization w3c/manifest#1101
• https://www.w3.org/TR/appmanifest/#dfn-localizable-member

Is it possible to include the "localized members" in the definition of the webmanifest through your plugin?

I imagined being able to integrate these new parameters in this example https://github.com/vite-pwa/vite-plugin-pwa/blob/main/examples/react-router/vite.config.ts#L13
