chore!: bump esbuild to 0.15.6

Description

This PR updates esbuild from 0.14.47 to 0.15.6.
esbuild 0.15.0's breaking change is only the yarn pnp support. 0.15.0 changelog

I tested this with the following commands.

yarn create vite --template react
yarn set version berry
yarn install
yarn add -D vite@file:./vite-3.1.0-beta.1.tgz

I also tested with #8357 and confirmed this fixes that issue. (The reproduction is not correct and has to use @tsconfig/recommended/tsconfig.json instead of @tsconfig/recommended.)
