To automate e2e test for #927, we need to deploy redis-cli in docker hosts to verify the data. We should add a target in the build script - similar to the make installation: https://github.com/vmware/docker-volume-vsphere/blob/master/misc/scripts/deploy-tools.sh#L71.

This target should be a prerequisite for test-e2e target: https://github.com/vmware/docker-volume-vsphere/blob/master/vmdk_plugin/Makefile#L356
