As a user, I want to get feedback about the process that a Package is going through when installing on the cluster to know if it’s usable, if it failed when installing.

Status: Currently not possible in TCE package plugin. Will be moved into Tanzu CLI Package plugin. (link to issue if exists)
Experience to be defined/implemented.
