Prepare github pages

• Co-ordinate with VMware Open Source to bless repo, internal ticket with OSSTP was filed when repo was created.
• Co-ordinate with CNA Org for look and feel
• Investigate options for running surveys and analytics.

Also, we should add the following work here:

• release process - legals? docs? goto market? anything else ?
• update all headers (e.g. Apache license like in https://github.com/vmware/vic/blob/master/apiservers/engine/backends/volume.go)

From VMware OSS guidelines

• Simply create a file “index.html” in that branch and it will be displayed on https://.github.io/
• A template has already been created by Dru Kelly and can be cloned. See here

Yes, page is live. However, logo on https://vmware.github.io/ needs an update. Assigning to Aparna

The logo cant be updated there for now. Approval process is taking longer than expected. Closing this for now and will update once the approval process is complete.
